The 2024 Private Pilot Syllabus has been updated for FAA-S-ACS-6C tasks that apply to each ground lesson in addition to flight lessons and to align with new textbook content, such as energy management, graphic weather products, and threat and error management. In addition, the syllabus now introduces Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA). Additional features include a step-by-step description of course contents, lesson objectives, flight and ground time allocations for all lessons, and coordination of other academic support materials with your flight training.
