Reid, M.D., M.P.H. is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, and Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at Texas A&M and Texas Tech Schools of Medicine. Dr. Reid has authored or edited eleven professional texts and is Editor-in-Chief of the American College of Psychiatrists Psychiatric Update series.,
George U. Balis, M.D., is Professor of Psychiatry, Director of Education and Director of Residency Training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, and an editor of the Psychiatric Foundations of Medicine series.,
Beverly J. Sutton, M.D., is Director of the Austin Residency Program and Child Psychiatry Fellowship, Austin, Texas, and is on the psychiatry and pediatrics faculties of four Texas medical schools.
