Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Denis Clifford, a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was an editor of The Law Review, is a lawyer who specializes in estate planning. He is the author of many Nolo titles, including Plan Your Estate, Make Your Own Living Trust and Nolo's Will Book. He has been interviewed by such major media as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Money.

Ralph Warner is a co-founder of Nolo and one of the pioneers of the self-help law movement. A graduate of Princeton University and the Boalt School of Law (U.C. Berkeley), he is the author of many books and articles aimed at making our legal system more accessible and democratic.
