Walter M. Brasch is a professional writer-journalist and college professor. He has been a newspaper reporter and editor, magazine writer and editor, editor-in-chief of a book publishing company, and writer / producer of multimedia productions. He is senior compiler of a comprehensive Annotated Bibliography of American Black English and holds an A.B. in sociology, an M.A. in journalism, and a Ph.D. in mass communication / journalism with a cognate in language and culture studies.
