Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sian Cook teaches cookery at Deham College, the WI College, and also at Newbury College. She is the author of Best Kept Secrets of the Women's Institute; Puddings and Desserts; Chocolate; and the WI Book of Vegetarian Cuisine. Margaret Williams is a home economist and a fellow of the Institute of Consumer Science. She has taught in schools and colleges and now tutors and demonstrates at Denham, the WI College. Margaret is also an NFWI judge for "Preservation and Cookery."
