REf Fr Stephen Langridge is a Parish priest of the Holy Ghost Church, Balham and Vocations Director of the Archdiocese of Southwark, UK. He is currently Chairman of the Vocations Directors' Conference and has been instrumental in promoting a number of new vocations initiatives for England and Wales.
