At the end of August, Members of Parliament in Britain joined together to start a process that could lead to the impeachment of Prime Minister Blair for High Crimes and Misdemeanours in relation to the invasion of Iraq . The MPs from different parties published a report setting out 'compelling evidence of deliberate repeated distortion, seriously misleading statements and culpable negligence on the part of the Prime Minister.
