Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Florence Fabricant is one of the most respected food writers in the country and a
regular freelance contributor to the Dining pages of the New York Times. She is also the author of five cookbooks including New Home Cooking and The Great Potato Book and, most recently, she edited The New York Times Seafood Cookbook. She lives in New York.
