His research is focused on responsive and water-soluble polymers, controlled polymerization techniques, and the applications of well-defined polymers in drug delivery and self-healing materials. He has published approximately 70 peer-reviewed publications and currently serves on the editorial boards of many of the top polymer journals

Nicolay V. Tsarevsky is Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. His research interests include polymerization techniques, catalysis, functional materials, particularly for drug delivery applications, and the chemistry of hypervalent iodine compounds.
