Carlos Arboleda is a native speaker with a doctorate from Syracuse University. He has been teaching Civilization and Culture at SCSU for over 10 years.
Luisa Piemontese-Ramos is a native speaker with a doctorate from Yale and a Masters from SUNY. She is the Coordinator of Foreign Language Teaching Certification at SCSU. She has extensive experience teaching and publishing about Peninsular culture, civilization, and literature. Finally, she is an active member and presenter in the language community. Awarded AATSP 2002 National Teacher of the Year Award for College and University.
