Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Stephen Daubert has followed a life-long interest in the natural world, which led him to pursue a career in scientific research; he is now retired from the University of California. His brother Christopher Daubert (the book's illustrator) chose an opposite course, following the arts; he is a Professor of Art at a California community college. Their two paths have swung back together in their collaboration to produce ""Threads from the Web of Life.
