DOUBLE SIGNED. 144pp. Quarto [26 cm] Gray cloth covered boards with a silver stamped title on the spine and the author's name stamped in black ink on the front cover. In a light gray paper covered slipcase. Very good. The covers are barely perceptibly concave, and the edges of the covers are lightly bumped and rubbed. The dust jacket is in very good condition as well, with rubbing. There are a couple of small chips, and a very small open tear in the top edge. The spine has a small light stain. Price-clipped. The slipcase is in very good condition. The edges are subtly discolored. The fore edges have four small light moisture stains. Warmly inscribed by Ralph Steiner on the front free endsheet. Additionally signed by Steiner on the limitation page. From the jacket- "In addition to the photographs and some technical comments, the book includes an extensive autobiographical essay in which many of Steiner's well-known contemporaries figure prominently.".
