He is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Sunken Ships & Treasures. He lives in Georgia. Roberto T. Leon is a professor at the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He holds a B.S.C.E. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, an M.S.C.E. from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
