Bernard Reich, Professor of Political Science and International Affairs, George Washington University, serves as a consultant to various United States government agencies and to international business and has written extensively on Israel and the Middle East. Some of his authored and edited works are the highly acclaimed Political Leaders of the Contemporary Middle East and North Africa: A Biographical Dictionary; Quest for Peace: U.S.-Israel Relations and the Arab-Israeli Conflict; Israel: Land of Tradition and Conflict; and The United States and Israel: Influence in the Special Relationship. He has also published numerous articles on Israeli politics and foreign policy as well as on other aspects of Middle East politics and international relations.
