Beverly Anne Musgrave, the founder of Partners in Healing, holds a Ph.D. in psychology, and is assistant professor and co-director of pastoral counseling and spiritual care at Fordham University. She has a private practice in pastoral psychotherapy. John R Bickle, a founding member of "Partners in Healing," holds an M.S. in health care administration and social work. He resides in Philadelphia.
