Biografía del autor
Kathi Appelt grew up in Houston, Texas, and graduated fromTexas A&M University in 1979 with a B. A. in English andTheatre Arts. She is a frequent visitor in schools and atwriting workshops and is the regional advisor for theBrazos Valley Society of Children's Book Writers andIllustrators. Kathi currently has over twenty-five booksunder contract and lives in College Station, Texas. Debra Reid Jenkins works as a painter and children's book illustrator. Her books include My Freedom Trip (Boyds Mills Press), I See the Moon, and Glory (both Eerdmans). She lives in Michigan. Visit her website at www.debrareid.com
