Aubrey Malphurs is professor and chairman of the Pastoral Ministries department at Dallas Theological Seminary. He is also the author of over a dozen books, including Being Leaders, as well as president of The Malphurs Group, a church-consulting firm.

Will Mancini (Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary) is the founder and president of Auxano (visiontogrow.com), a church consulting ministry whose mission is to navigate church leaders through growth challenges and vision clarity.
