Cherie R. Brown is founder and executive director of the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI). She has led hundreds of leadership training programs for organizations around the world including the U.S. Congress, the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), the National League of Cities, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and many others.

George J. Mazza is a federal civil rights attorney in Washington, D.C. With NCBI, he developed Diversity and the Law, a program that links legal training with diversity issues.

National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) is a nonprofit leadership training organization that works to eliminate prejudice in communities throughout the world.
