William J. Rothwell is associate professor in charge of Workforce Education and Development in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems at The Pennsylvania State University. He is the coauthor of Improving On-the-Job Training and Practicing Organization Development, and author of The Action Learning Guidebook, all from Pfeiffer. H.C. Kazanas is professor emeritus in the College of Education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and now resides in Naples, Florida.
