LORRAINE L. UKENS is the owner of Team-ing with Success, an organization specializing in team building and leadership development. Her wide range of business experience, spanning more than twenty years, is applied in designing, facilitating, and evaluating programs in a variety of training areas.In 1993, Loraine developed a comprehensive three-phase training program, also called TEAM-ING WITH SUCCESS, which was designed to help build and maintain high-performing teams. Since then, additional games and activities have been developed that use hands-on learning experiences to promote constructive group dynamics.Loraine received her M.S. degree in human resource development from Towson State University in Maryland.
