PHYLLIS BECK KRITEK conducts conflict resolution, leadership, and gender and communication workshops and training programs. She is professor of nursing, chair of the Department of Mental Health Nursing and Management, and director of doctoral program development at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston School of Nursing.
