Currently, he writes computer books and articles, teaches networking and programming courses, and works as a computer communications consultant. He has authored and co-authored many programming books, including Mastering Visual Basic 6 from Sybex.

Kevin Hough is an author and consultant specializing in high-level client/server applications written using Visual Basic and SQL Server. His advanced custom controls have been used in large-scale commercial projects and custom software applications. He is the author of MCSD: SQL Server 6.5 Database Design Study Guide from Sybex.
