<b>Bryan Evans</b> is professor of politics and public administration at Ryerson University and coeditor of several books, including <i>The Public Sector in an Age of Austerity: Perspectives from Canada&#8217;s Provinces and Territories</i>. <b>Carlo Fanelli</b> is assistant professor of social science at York University in Toronto and the author of <i>Megacity Malaise: Neoliberalism, Public Services and Labour in Toronto. </i><b>Tom McDowell</b> is an instructor in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at Ryerson University.<br> &#160;
