He is Director of Pensions Worldwide, and Secretary of the International Advisory Council of the Policy Studies Organization. Professor Dixon, B.Econ. M.econ, Ph.D, AcSS, is Distinguished Professor of Public Policy and Administration at Kazakhstan Institute for Management, Economics and Strategic Research.
