About the Authors Charles Bowen has been writing about online services since 1982. This is his 15th book about life in cyberspace. He also has been a contributing editor and columnist for assorted magazines, including Home PC, Editor & Publisher, and America West. In addition, he is the host of a daily syndicated radio show called The Internet News, carried in the U.S. and, via Voice of America, on more than 600 stations worldwide. He is 49 years old and lives in Huntington, West Virginia, with his wife, Pamela. Jennifer Watson is one of AOL's foremost teachers. As founder of the VirtualLeader Academy ? an online training center for AOL's volunteers, partners, and employees ? she teaches AOL leaders how to make the AOL community come alive.
