Scott Barker has been involved with database development for 17 years since he graduated with a BS in Computer Science in 1986. On the original Microsoft Access team, Scott has worked with Access and SQL Server for over 11 years, written seven books, including F. Scott Barker's Microsoft Access Power Programming, and Database Programming with Visual Basic .NET and ADO.NET. He has trained thousands of developers, and is a frequent speaker at Microsoft conferences around the world. Scott is the father of five, and can be found in Woodinville, Washington, with his wife Diana.
