Scott Werner is a husband and father of three sons and resides with his family in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was blessed to serve as the Executive Director of Children's Ministries as his home church, LifeChurch.tv, from 2002 to 2007. During his tenure with Life, the ministry grew from two campuses to 12, with more that 40 weekend worship experiences. Attendance for children (ages birth through 12) grew from about 800 per weekend to more than 5,000.
Scott led a team of 30 full-time paid staff, 100 part-time staff, and over 1,000 weekly volunteers. He has also led numerous special events, including summer camps and the turbocharged VBX, with over 2,000 children in attendance each day. Following his time at Life, he served for 4 years with Compassion International, ministering to children worldwide. His greatest passion is to empower children and partner with parents in leading their children to live their lives as fully devoted followers of Christ. Currently, Scott and Tammy are continuing to minister to families in their home community as operating partners of My Small Wonders, a private faith-based child development center.
