Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sheila Steinberg was an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Science at the University of South Africa, where she lectured for 14 years. She specialises in communication theory, the teaching and learning of communication and communication skills, and is one of the pioneering local authors in the field.
