Extensive concert touring enabled her to develop and refine her knowledge, taste, and appreciation of the many regional varieties of Japanese food. Based in England for the last decade, Yasuko continues to compose while pursuing parallel careers as an award-winning food writer, travel and technology journalist, and multimedia producer.
