Bill Gothard is a senior lecturer in guidance and counselling at University of Reading. Phil Mignot is course leader for the MA/PGD in Careers Guidance also at University of Reading. Melvyn Ruff is Careers Education Manager for Norfolk Careers Guidance services and Marcus Offer is a self employed careers consultant based in Leeds and an associate of the National Institue for Careers Education and Counselling.
