Her many works include An Introduction to Painting in Oils, An Introduction to Painting in Watercolour, The Oil Painter's Question and Answer Book and Watercolour Step-by-Step. She is a practicing artist, having studied at the Guildford School of Art and the Royal Academy School of Painting in London. She now divides her time between writing and painting.
