At least one child in five experiences some form of learning disability, but, according to Dr. Robin Pauc, learning disabilities as they are understood in society, are culminations of treatable and avoidable symptoms. She argues that all human babies are born prematurely in that they continue to develop special new brain cells four months after birth.
