Brian Scaddan's handy guide to the IEE Wiring Regulations has become a standard reference source for installation engineers and is widely used as a college text. The new edition brings it fully up to date with Amendment No. 2, published in December 1997, and includes an appendix outlining the main changes included in the Amendment. The section on testing has also been expanded. Used alongside the regulations themselves, this book is the key to safe and efficient electrical installation. Brian Scaddan is a consultant and an Honorary Member of City and Guilds. He has over 35 years' experience in Further Education, and is now Director of Brian Scaddan Associates, Engineering Training Consultants. He is a leading author of books on electrical installation, inspection and testing, including IEE Wiring Regulations: Explained and Illustrated and Electrical Installation Work. Brian also runs PAT training courses for the City & Guilds 2377 exam.
