[...] Sections within each chapter titled Rules of Thumb and Practical Advice enable one to make easy reference to the most clinically relevant information. Specialty contact lens topics are well covered in this text. I particularly liked this feature which, on the whole, encapsulates valuable information for both the student and even the more experienced practitioner. The CD, written by Tony Hough, contains some very useful features... the CD is a gem. Unlike most textbooks, it would be quite possible to pick up this book and read it from cover to cover.
