Michael Leach is a natural history author, photographer and television cameraman specialising in mammals, both common and rare. He has written over 24 wildlife books and has filmed natural history programmes for a number of television companies, including the BBC. In the past few years he has studied mountain gorillas in Rwanda, orangutans in Borneo and otters in Britain.
