Harry Tolley is a professor in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham. He also works as a researcher, author and independent consultant. He is the co-author of several best-selling titles including How to Pass Numeracy Tests and How to Pass Verbal Reasoning Tests (both Kogan Page).

Robert Wood is a professor in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham. He also works as an independent consultant. He is the author of several recruitment and selection texts, including Test Your Emotional Intelligence (also published by Kogan Page).
