Everything is quiet at the Mad Monster Agency - too quiet. All over town people are increasingly tired. At first they feel drowsy, then chronically lethargic and eventually they can hardly move. The Agency bunker seems to be immune to whatever is causing the mass tiredness, so Zac and Dr Brains decide to spend the evening there. When they emerge on to the street at midnight they can't believe what they are seeing. People are being carried away in their beds!
