Inhaltsangabe

This book is a celebration of snooker, past and present, produced with the co-operation of Embassy, the leading promoter of international professional snooker. It's emphasis is on the years since 1967, when colour television first brought the professional game into millions of homes, and it focuses in particular on the stars of today: Hendry, White, Davis, Parrott, McManus, Wilkinson, Wattana and the rest. Profiles of the greats include portraits of the current stars, as well as of favourites from the past such as Higgins, Thorburn, Reardon and Joe and Fred Davis. This work also recalls in words and photographs the greatest matches, breaks, shots and snookers of the international game. It includes a comprehensive section of facts and statistics, and an extensive viewer's guide to understanding the finer points of the game.
