Inhaltsangabe

When Rosemary Kay's baby, Saul, was born, he was nearly four months premature and weighed only 1 lb 4 oz. The doctors said he only had a 25% chance of survival. In fact, he did survive for five harrowing months, before eventually dying of meningitis, just days before he was due to go home. This is Saul's story. Written from Saul's perspective we see the adult world through his eyes, interwoven with a deep stream of consciousness which links Saul to the history of earlier generations of his family. This is a remarkable and original insight into the tragedy of losing a baby, written with immense courage. Far from bleak or morbid, it is a moving celebration of life. BETWEEN TWO ETERNITIES marks the stunning debut of a hugely talented writer.
