I have attempted to show that there are two basic ideologies into which people can be separated: those that believe that the material world is the only reality and those for which there exists something other than the physical universe. This clash of two opposing views has come down to or times as a battle in the public arena between people which I represented by the term Naturalists and the Monotheists of Supernaturalists. In Part 2 I explained the role of presumptions with the hope of demonstrating to the reader that set of presuppositions of the Naturalist and the Monotheist are identical with one major exception. They differ on the belief of whether the universe is open or closed in the sense of thermodynamics. In Part 1 I sketched out the main thesis which is that our universe is the result of these distinct creative acts of God. The first act was the creation of the physical universe, the second second involves a restructuring of the created order to bring about the necessary condition for living systems, and the third, and perhaps most controversial was the dramatic configuration of the bodies and brains of human ancestors. I show that the thesis is supported by the philosophy of science, the findings of science, and that it is consistent with a careful reading of the book of Genesis. In Part 3 I discussed ideas from physics, mathematics and information theory and attempted to show that although naturalism is necessary for understanding the universe it is insufficient for addressing the more general question that bear on the human condition. I try to forcefully argue that the presupposition of an open universe is more consistent with our experience. I went on in Part 4 to more fully develop the thesis of the three acts of creation with the hope building a common ground between Naturalists and Theists. In the final part I describe my understanding of the uniqueness of the human mind and how we are the pinnacle of the created order.
