Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Gavin Routledge is an Osteopath with a broad range of interests, but specialising in the management of both acute and chronic low back pain. He is a popular speaker both in corporate and club environments on the importance of staying physically active.

Gavin graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1991 as a Gold Medallist, and has since worked in England, New Zealand and now Scotland.
