Kylie Kwong is fourth-generation Australian-Chinese and she lives in Australia. After learning the fundamentals of Cantonese cooking at her mother’s side, she went on to realise her dream of running her own restaurant, billy kwong which is now one of the restaurants to be seen in in Sydney. This book accompanies Kylie’s second TV series and follows her two previous books, Recipes and Stories and Heart and Soul.
