"Reflections for Daily Prayer" is a quarterly series combining the discipline of daily Bible notes with the cycle of the Common Worship lectionary. Following the Morning Prayer readings for Monday to Saturday, each issue contains lectionary details for the day, a reflection on one of the readings for that day, and a Collect. The writers of these stimulating reflections are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds and combine high levels of scholarship with practical ministerial experience. This issue includes contributions from Keith Ward, Regius Professor of Divinity at Oxford University, Sarah Dylan Breuer, an Episcopalian, poet and writer from the United States, and popular and widely published author, Steven Croft.
