Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Debbie Lawrence is a highly regarded fitness professional and author of five books by A&C Black. She currently works for the Central YMCA as a technical contributor. Bob Hope was a physical trainer in the Royal Navy for 23 years, before becoming a YMCA tutor and lecturer.
