Kevin Walker runs popular mountain navigation courses from Crickhowell in the Brecon Beacons and Betwys y Coed in Snowdonia. He is the author of Mountain Navigation Techniques (Constable). He has been involved with Mountain Leader Training Board activities for many years. Dr Peter Steele is the author of Medical Handbook for Walkers and Climbers. He lives in Canada.
