Chauke is a community health nurse, critical care nurse, and nurse educator. She has worked as a professional and senior professional nurse in pediatric wards as well as in an intensive care unit. S. Mogotlane is a nurse and professor at the Health Studies University of South Africa. A. Young is the academic head at the post-basic department at Chris Hani Baragwanath Nursing College.
