Born and raised in such a richly cultured city as New Orleans, Louisiana, Wendy "Chef Fab" Weber became fascinated at an early age by the art of the Creole and Cajun cuisines that were staples on her family's dinner tables. Wendy became inspired by Chefs like the legendary Austin Leslie, Justin Wilson, Paul Prudhomme, Jaques Pepin, and Leah Chase. Wendy is the owner and Executive Chef at Chef's Fab's Place, LLC - her private chef service; and the Executive Chef at Chef's Aid, LLC - a chef's assistance and management company owned by Tammy White Johnson.
