Inhaltsangabe

Written by Home Care expert, Sam Sellers, ‘Finding Freedom at Home: The Ultimate Guide to Home Care’ will serve as a saving grace to the millions of adults exploring care and living assistance options for their ageing parents. While institutionalization was once commonplace, the book proves how modern Home Care options are the sensible, dignified and most empowering option. Home care for an aging parent is not an alternative to assisted living or nursing home care. To the contrary, any options other than home care should be viewed as alternatives! Finding Freedom at Home will help families who are facing choices regarding care of an aging parent. What type of care is available? What is appropriate? Is it feasible for Mom to stay at home? What about MY home? How do we pay for home care? Whom do we even ask? This book will answer these questions.
