It is 1806, early in Thomas Jefferson’s second term. A deeply entrenched secret society arranges for a dissident within their organization to be brutally murdered and left floating in the Potomac River, within clear site of the Jefferson White House. Clearly, the secret society is challenging Jefferson to either deal with them or suffer the consequences.
Almost two hundred years later, after discovering a hidden diary written by one of Jefferson’s slaves, a small group of college students and a world class computer hacker learn about the crime and begin unraveling the modern day version of the secret society.
As in life, sometimes the good guys win… sometimes the bad guys win… sometimes nobody wins. There are numerous plot twists which will keep you guessing until the very last page - who were the winners and who were the losers in “The Jefferson Files”?
