As she reflected on her own experiences and training, she realized that she had a wealth of insight that could help accelerate the learning curve for others. She learned from the school of hard knocks, but also had mentors and sponsors who helped her navigate the hidden influences for career success. Through her coaching, training, speaking and writing, she helps professionals avoid the traps that could slow their progress.   In 2009, she launched Experts in Growth Leadership Consulting, LLC. She has worked with many global organizations, such as Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, and GE, and individual professionals to help them realize their full potential.
